This is Mun

Mr. Mun used to live on Earth and belonged to the genus of noble, long-tailed red monkeys! However, the evil rich earthlings took away his magic tail for entertainment. He got angry with them and flew far into space. Mr. Mun was a scientist and knew many sciences. Flying through the entire Universe, he gained more and more new knowledge and came up with a plan for how to punish the silly rich people! Mr. Mun settled in the SpaceSwap Galaxy, took on the nickname of Prof. Mooriarty and began to wear a cow mask to blend in with the crowd of its inhabitants!

Cunningly, he began stealing valuables from silly rich people throughout the Universe and has now hidden them all! And since he is very smart, he has hidden these treasures very ingeniously, giving them only to ordinary, hard workers - but only those who are as smart as he is and capable of solving all his riddles!
